Example: Suppose you want to set the maximum power to 200.000W. Since 1 represents 1mW,

200.000W translates to 200,000 in decimal. With 4 bytes in Hex, that would be 0x00030D40. Since

the bytes are ordered in little-endian format, 0x40 would be the 3

byte, 0x0D the4

byte, 0x03 as 5

byte, and 0x00 as the 6

byte.
